Buying another planner won’t fix this problem. Affirmations can’t make the gnawing feelings of doubt and insecurity dissipate. You can’t “achieve” your way out of this by setting new goals. Detoxing from social media, sugar, and caffeine or exercising more isn’t the answer. Self-care only goes so far if you don’t address the roots of the problem. It’s time to get to work.
